How to assess your trainee’s performance?

After this workshop, you will know how to implement a performance assessment process, by following five key steps. You will plan the assessment, collect information on your trainee’s performance, interpret this information, and communicate your assessment to your trainee in order to choose which actions need to be taken to foster his learnings during or after the placement.

Throughout this workshop, you will explore a whole array of support tools, which will appear as animations, descriptions and images that you can unfold. You will have the option of adding your preferred tools to your basket by clicking on the Bouton 'Add to your basket' button.
